Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business from outbound outreach and networking. You will manage the full sales cycle, qualify leads, and tailor pitches to client needs.

Based near Rochor MRT, you’ll collaborate with coordinators, ensure timely payments, and build long-term relationships to fuel renewals and referrals. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, with immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation through outbound calls, networking, and follow-up.
• Full-cycle selling from outreach to closing with tailored pitches.
• Target achievement by consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Coordinate handover with Sales Coordinators and training centre.
• Follow up on payment collection where required with the assigned Coordinator.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, pipeline, and client interactions.
• Account farming to drive renewals, upsell, and referrals.
• Stay updated on product range (WSH, ISO, bizSAFE, training courses, audits).

We’re Hiring: Sales Executive

Working Hours: Mon to Fri / 9Am to 6Pm

Start Date: Immediate

Key responsibility:

• Prospecting & lead generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up — this is the core of the role, not a side task.
• Full-cycle selling: Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from first outreach through to closing, tailoring the pitch to each prospect's context.
• Target achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling.
• Handover coordination: Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and the training centre to ensure a smooth handover once a deal closes.
• Payment follow-up: Follow up on payment collection for accounts under your ownership where required, working alongside the assigned Coordinator.
• CRM & admin hygiene: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM at all times.
• Account farming: Build long-term client relationships to drive renewal, upsell, and referral business from your own account base.
• Product knowledge: Stay current on the full product range — WSH, ISO, bizSAFE, training courses, audits to advise clients accurately and credibly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and business development (Plus point if you have experience in: Trainings, ISO, bizSAFE, auditing and outsourcing services)

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated and target-driven

Able to work in a fast-paced environment is a must

9Am to 6 Pm (Mon to Fri)- 5 days work.

Work Location: Near Rochor MRT.
