WAH & HUA PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking aSales professional responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent after-sales support. You will attend to customers, identify new prospects, and build relationships with clients while coordinating with operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Candidate should have a Diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and ideally own a vehicle; Singaporean applicants only. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• To achieve and exceed personal/company sales target and KPIs


• Attend to customers’ needs and requirements and provide prompt after-sales service


• Actively look and contact prospective customers and customer segments who needs our product/services


• Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients


• Promote new services to existing and prospective clients


• Prepare tenders documents, quotations, and contracts


• Perform client retention activities and ensure contract renewals are done in a timely manner


• Building of relevant prospects and pipelines


• Work closely with Operation department on customer work orders and bins dispatch, and assist to resolve issues related to the customer


• Assist Accounts Department with payment collection

Requirements:

• Diploma of any field or any other equivalent qualification


• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Preferably with own vehicle


• Singaporean Only
