GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive in Singapore to drive prospecting, lead generation, and closing activities. You will manage full sales cycles, build client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and timely payments.

The role demands a self-motivated, target-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Location near Rochor MRT and standard 9am–6pm hours are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation: identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and networking.
• Full-cycle selling: qualify leads and manage the entire sales process from outreach to close.
• Target achievement: consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Handover coordination: coordinate with Sales Coordinators and training centre after closing a deal.
• Payment follow-up: follow up on payments for owned accounts with the Coordinator.
• CRM & admin hygiene: maintain accurate CRM records of leads, pipeline, and interactions.
• Account farming: develop long-term relationships to drive renewals, upsell and referrals.
• Product knowledge: stay current on WSH, ISO, bizSAFE, training courses, and audits to advise clients credibly.

We're Hiring: Sales Executive

Working Hours: Mon to Fri / 9Am to 6Pm

Start Date: Immediate

Job Description

• Prospecting & lead generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up - this is the core of the role, not a side task.
• Full-cycle selling: Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from first outreach through to closing, tailoring the pitch to each prospect's context.
• Target achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling.
• Handover coordination: Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and the training centre to ensure a smooth handover once a deal closes.
• Payment follow-up: Follow up on payment collection for accounts under your ownership where required, working alongside the assigned Coordinator.
• CRM & admin hygiene: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM at all times.
• Account farming: Build long-term client relationships to drive renewal, upsell, and referral business from your own account base.
• Product knowledge: Stay current on the full product range - WSH, ISO, bizSAFE, training courses, audits to advise clients accurately and credibly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and business development (Plus point if you have experience in: Trainings, ISO, bizSAFE, auditing and outsourcing services)
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment is a must
• 9Am to 6 Pm (Mon to Fri)- 5 days work.
• Work Location: Near Rochor MRT.
