Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales and the marine industry welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Holding a valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in daily sales and administrative activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports and customer documentation.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and purchase orders.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within marine and offshore sectors.
• Attend client visits, meetings, exhibitions and industry events as required.
• Handle general sales coordination and office administration duties.
