Assure Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of consultancy services, WSQ‑accredited training courses, and digital solutions to clients across Singapore.

This is a full‑time position based in our Singapore office, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry contacts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Present and demonstrate our services and solutions to address customer needs and challenges
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing client support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Stay up to date with our offerings and keep informed of market trends and industry developments
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ success in a Hunter‑style sales, preferably in consultancy, training, or professional services
  • Fearless in cold outreach, networking, and opening conversations from scratch
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quotas and close net‑new business
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with proven ability to win competitive deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities
  • Proficient in CRM and sales tools to drive pipeline discipline and performance tracking
