Job summary
NICA invites a Sales Engineer to drive business growth by developing client relationships and coordinating engineering projects from enquiry to completion.
You will manage opportunities, prepare proposals, and collaborate with commercial, engineering, fabrication, installation, and commissioning teams across Asia. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
Regional travel is required; enjoy an attractive salary and career development in a dynamic, international environment.
Qualifications
- Degree required in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 3 years in project engineering, PM, or technical sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel regionally for projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with targeted accounts.
- Manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and forecast.
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, cost, schedule.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across commercial, engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer visits.
