NICA invites a Sales Engineer to drive business growth by developing client relationships and coordinating engineering projects from enquiry to completion.

You will manage opportunities, prepare proposals, and collaborate with commercial, engineering, fabrication, installation, and commissioning teams across Asia. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree required in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in project engineering, PM, or technical sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally for projects.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support our business growth by developing client relationships, managing sales opportunities, and coordinating engineering projects from initial enquiry and proposal through to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with targeted accounts and customers.

• Manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and prepare accurate business forecasts.

• Handle client enquiries and prepare commercial and technical proposals, quotations, and negotiations.

• Manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution, including commercial, engineering, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in marketing activities, including exhibitions, conferences, customer visits, and industry events.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, project management, technical sales, or a related field.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and dynamic, with strong critical thinking and time management skills.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and project coordination skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Willingness and ability to travel regionally as required by projects and business activities.
