JL Group Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to assist the Sales Manager in driving sales and marketing locally and overseas.

The role involves coordinating cross-department collaboration, preparing client presentations, and drafting agreements to support project development and procurement activities. You will travel abroad to meet clients, align with shipyards, and ensure smooth execution of contracts.

Qualifications

• For this role, the candidate should support the Sales Manager in local and overseas markets.
• Strong collaboration with multiple departments and preparation of client presentations.
• Experience drafting commercial and technical agreements and assisting in procurement.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for local and international markets, including regular overseas travel to meet clients and partners
• Coordinate effectively with all company departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts and projects
• Support the Sales Manager in decision-making processes and oversee daily company operations to maintain efficient workflows
• Prepare detailed overseas travel itineraries and coordinate meeting arrangements with relevant contacts
• Monitor branch office operations to ensure smooth functioning and provide routine reports to headquarters
• Develop presentation materials such as PowerPoint slides, company brochures, and project references for client meetings
• Draft and generate commercial and technical agreements for client engagements
• Assist in procurement activities by researching suppliers, negotiating purchase and delivery terms, and supporting purchasing decisions for equipment and materials
• Interpret General Arrangement (GA) drawings to prepare material cost lists, quotations, technical specifications, and tender documents, and respond to customer inquiries accordingly
• Conduct frequent visits to local shipyards to gather information on new and ongoing projects and foster strong relationships between the shipyards and the company
• Support additional marketing-related tasks as assigned by management
