Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Engineer to manage existing customers and develop new opportunities in electrical, M&E, and construction sectors from our base at Ubi Avenue. You will translate technical needs into compelling solutions and support tender submissions.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Building Services or related field, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management or related field.
• Relevant sales, business development, project or engineering experience in electrical, M&E or construction is preferred.
• Technical or project candidates interested in moving into sales may also apply.
• Able to understand basic engineering drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable developing new business opportunities.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customers and develop new sales opportunities in the construction, electrical and M&E sectors.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and other industry partners.
• Identify projects and follow up on opportunities from tender to award.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams on customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and conduct site visits when required.
• Monitor projects, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer and project records and provide market feedback to management.
