Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales in the construction, electrical and M&E sectors.

You will manage existing customers, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with project teams to deliver technical solutions. This role is based at our Ubi Avenue location, with a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am–6pm). The position requires a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field and strong communication, negotiation and customer-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant sales, business development, project or engineering experience in electrical, M&E or construction preferred.
• Technical candidates moving into sales may apply.
• Able to understand basic engineering drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customers and develop new sales opportunities in construction, electrical and M&E sectors.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and other industry partners.
• Identify projects and follow up on opportunities from tender to award.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams on customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and conduct site visits when required.
• Monitor projects, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer and project records and provide market feedback to management.
