Job summary

Convergys in Singapore is seeking a Professional I, Sales Engineer (English) to lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle for API/LLM opportunities and ensure successful customer adoption of the platform.

You will own solution architecture for complex use cases, deliver demos, guide deployment best practices, and translate technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to uncover architectural requirements and integration patterns.
• Own solution architecture for complex customer use cases and scalable implementations of LLM capabilities.
• Design and deliver high-quality demos, prototypes, and POCs reflecting customer use cases.
• Guide customers on deployment best practices including prompt design, latency, cost, and scaling.
