Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Pre-Sales Solution Architect to work with enterprise customers in Singapore, translating business needs into practical AI solutions and supporting delivery from discovery through POC and implementation.

You will partner with sales and product teams, design architectures, own the technical journey, build demos, test issues, and collaborate with China-based teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing optimisation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solution Architecture or related enterprise-facing role.
• Proven experience with large or complex enterprise customers.
• Own customer solutions from requirements to delivery.
• Hands-on testing and issue resolution, not just coordination.
• Strong Mandarin communication with China-based teams.
• Experience with Generative AI and related technologies is advantageous.
• Experience with NLP, speech-to-text, text-to-speech beneficial.
• Experience with APIs and AI-assisted development tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers and sales teams to scope use cases.
• Design solution architectures based on requirements and platform capabilities.
• Own the technical journey from discovery through POC and delivery.
• Create customer demos or prototypes using AI tools.
• Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of issues.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and delivery in China.
• Define POC scope, requirements and success criteria.
• Support proposals and solution docs including architecture and integrations.
• Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Continue post-implementation to identify optimisations and new use cases.
