Job summary

MNC Company is seeking a sales-focused engineer to build strong relationships with consultants, contractors and stakeholders in the West Singapore area. You will review customer requirements, prepare quotes, and drive revenue growth through proactive business development.

The role includes pre- and after-sales support, with full training provided. Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and the package includes a base salary up to SGD 3,500 plus SGD 900 mobile/transport

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, main contractors and stakeholders.
• Review customer requirements and prepare relevant quotes.
• Proactively explore business opportunities to grow customer base and meet sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies to strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide engineering/technical support to customers.
• Conduct pre-sales activities and after-sales follow-up.
• Meet and manage sales targets to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors and other relevant stakeholders. This includes attending site visits, sales meetings and providing technical advice.


• Review of customer requirements and establishment of relevant quote to customers.


• Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to increase customer base to achieve optimal sales target.


• Develop sales strategies to upkeep and enhance business relationships with existing and new customers.


• Provide Engineering / Technical support to customers.


• Pre-sales preparation and conduct after-sales service through follow-up.


• Meet and manage sales targets and enhance revenue growth.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation.
