Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Building Automation team in the West (Toh Guan), Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation and involves working with consultants, contractors and customers to develop quotes and win projects. You will provide engineering/technical support, develop sales strategies, and handle pre-sales and after-sales activities to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation.
• 2 years' working experience in Building Automation/Project Management preferred.
• 2+ years of working experience in related field required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, main contractors and other relevant stakeholders. Attend site visits, sales meetings and provide technical advice.
• Review customer requirements and establish relevant quotes for customers.
• Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to achieve sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies to maintain and enhance relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide engineering/technical support to customers.
• Conduct pre-sales preparation and after-sales follow-up.
• Meet and manage sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Job description

• Salary Range: $3,200 -$3,500
• Working Days: 5 days, Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: West (Toh Guan)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors and other relevant stakeholders. This includes attending site visits, sales meetings and providing technical advice.
• Review of customer requirements and establishment of relevant quote to customers.
• Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to increase customer base to achieve optimal sales target
• Develop sales strategies to upkeep and enhance business relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide Engineering / Technical support to customers.
• Pre-sales preparation and conduct after-sales service through follow-up
• Meet and manage sales targets and enhance revenue growth

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation.
• 2 years' working experience in Building Automation/Project Management will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position..
• Training in Early Detection Solutions will be provided.
