Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is hiring for a Building Automation/Sales Support role in the West Singapore area. You will build relationships with consultants and contractors, assess customer requirements, prepare quotes, and drive sales opportunities while providing technical support.

The position offers a diploma-based entry, 1–2 years in automation, on-site work, and a clear path for career progression with welfare benefits and training on Early Detection Solutions.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics or Electrical or Building Automation.
1–2 years' experience in Building Automation/Project Management is an advantage.
Training in Early Detection Solutions will be provided.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with consultants, main contractors and stakeholders.
Review customer requirements and establish relevant quotes.
Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share.
Develop sales strategies to enhance relationships with customers.
Provide engineering / technical support to customers.
Perform pre-sales activities and post-sales follow-up.
Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
