Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is hiring for a Building Automation/Sales Support role in the West Singapore area. You will build relationships with consultants and contractors, assess customer requirements, prepare quotes, and drive sales opportunities while providing technical support.

The position offers a diploma-based entry, 1–2 years in automation, on-site work, and a clear path for career progression with welfare benefits and training on Early Detection Solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or Electrical or Building Automation.
• 1–2 years' experience in Building Automation/Project Management is an advantage.
• Training in Early Detection Solutions will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, main contractors and stakeholders.
• Review customer requirements and establish relevant quotes.
• Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share.
• Develop sales strategies to enhance relationships with customers.
• Provide engineering / technical support to customers.
• Perform pre-sales activities and post-sales follow-up.
• Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors and other relevant stakeholders. This includes attending site visits, sales meetings and providing technical advice.

• Review of customer requirements and establishment of relevant quote to customers.

• Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to increase customer base to achieve optimal sales target.

• Develop sales strategies to upkeep and enhance business relationships with existing and new customers.

• Provide Engineering / Technical support to customers.

• Pre-sales preparation and conduct after-sales service through follow-up.

• Meet and manage sales targets and enhance revenue growth.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation.

• Possess 1-2 years' working experience in Building Automation/Project Management will be an added advantage.

• Training in Early Detection Solutions will be provided.
