Job summary

MNC Company is seeking a sales/technical support professional to build and maintain relationships with consultants, main contractors and other stakeholders. You will review customer requirements and prepare quotes, while exploring opportunities to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

The role involves providing engineering and technical support to customers, pre-sales preparation, and after-sales follow-up to drive revenue growth. Training is provided; working location is West.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation.
• Full training will be provided.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors and other relevant stakeholders. This includes attending site visits, sales meetings and providing technical advice.
• Review of customer requirements and establishment of relevant quote to customers.
• Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to increase customer base to achieve optimal sales target.
• Develop sales strategies to upkeep and enhance business relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide Engineering / Technical support to customers.
• Pre-sales preparation and conduct after-sales service through follow-up.
• Meet and manage sales targets and enhance revenue growth.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation.
• Full training will be provided.
