Job summary

Kinetic Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive client-management and sales professional to build strong relationships with customers and understand their technical needs.

You will handle customer inquiries, prepare technical quotations, negotiate and close sales, coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for orders and installations, resolve issues, and provide regular sales updates to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly to build strong relationships, understand their technical needs, and update them on new product information.
• Handle customer esquires, prepare technical quotations, and proactively follow up to negotiate and close sales.
• Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to meet target KPIs while exploring new markets and identifying potential accounts.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external suppliers regarding customer orders, technical servicing, and installation schedules.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively while following up on payment collections for outstanding invoices.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Sales Manager, flagging critical issues for discussion.
