JK RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic sales and marketing professional to drive business growth in the manufacturing sector in Singapore.

You will develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities, manage sales activities, and support marketing initiatives to meet revenue targets. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license, and a willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in manufacturing.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license for travel.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets in manufacturing.
• Develop and sustain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth.
• Generate new sales leads, visits, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, RFQs, and RFIs to convert prospects into customers.
• Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions and events to increase brand visibility.
• Lead or contribute to business development and marketing projects to drive growth objectives.

Job Summary

Join our dynamic marketing team to drive business growth and customer engagement in manufacturing by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and supporting marketing initiatives to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales orders and revenue targets within the manufacturing sector


• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and business growth


• Generate new sales leads and manage distribution channels by conducting customer visits, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure deals


• Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals, quotations, RFQs, and RFIs to convert prospects into customers


• Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities by collaborating with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements efficiently


• Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, e-commerce campaigns, customer events, and promotional material development to increase brand visibility


• Lead or contribute to business development and marketing projects to drive strategic growth objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license to support regional travel requirements


• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in a manufacturing environment to effectively manage customer and sales activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline to support technical and business understanding


• Experience in precision stamping, plastic/metal injection molding, surface finishing, or related manufacturing industries to enhance industry-specific sales effectiveness


• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and close sales successfully


• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage pressure


• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia and attend industry-related seminars and exhibitions to expand market reach and professional network
