Truwater Singapore Pte Ltd is a leading provider of innovative cooling tower and HVAC solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive growth, develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and support project delivery from concept to commissioning.

Requirements include 2–3 years in M&E/HVAC or related engineering fields, a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
• Identify new opportunities within M&E, HVAC, data centres and industrial sectors.
• Promote cooling tower products and related HVAC solutions to customers.
• Translate customer requirements into technical proposals and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Procurement teams to ensure project delivery.
• Conduct technical presentations and site visits to support project development.
• Monitor market trends and build new customer accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business development.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our expanding team to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and support project delivery from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the M&E, HVAC, data centre, and industrial sectors.
• Promote the company’s cooling tower products and related HVAC solutions to potential customers.
• Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable cooling tower and cooling system solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, specifications, and tender submissions.
• Review engineering drawings and project specifications to support customers’ requirements.
• Work closely with internal Engineering, Project, and Procurement teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct technical presentations, client meetings, and site visits to support project development.
• Monitor market trends, identify potential projects, and develop new customer accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s business development strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in the M&E, HVAC, cooling tower, or mechanical engineering industry.
• Candidates with M&E engineering, project engineering, or technical sales experience will be highly preferred.
• Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling towers, chilled water systems, pumps, fans, or related mechanical equipment.
• Experience dealing with M&E consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and end-users will be an advantage.
• Able to understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to develop new business opportunities independently.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage.
