Job summary

Truwater Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our growing team. You will drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and support project delivery from concept to commissioning in the HVAC and cooling systems space.

You will engage consultants, contractors and end-users, prepare technical proposals and tenders, and collaborate with Engineering, Project, and Procurement teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in HVAC, cooling tower, or related mechanical system sales (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered).
• Strong technical understanding of cooling systems, pumps, fans, or water treatment systems will be an advantage.
• Proficient in preparing quotations, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC, data centre, and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Project, and Procurement) to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct technical presentations and site visits to support clients’ design and operational requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development strategies.
