Job summary

Boltility is seeking a versatile field service and sales support professional to join our team in Singapore. You will combine marketing and sales skills to serve clients, understand needs, cross-sell products, follow up on orders, and support the sales team through calls and meetings.

You will provide remote and on-site training, diagnose and repair machinery, ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations, and help drive customer satisfaction and sales growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Nitec in Mechanical and/or Electrical or related engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in construction-related industries.
• Experience with mechanical and/or electrical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, support, and technical service remotely and on-site.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain client machinery on site.
• Identify and resolve client feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Ensure users comply with SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Observe safety rules, submit reports, and ensure proper work execution.
• Manage simple inventory tasks to support operations.
• Make calls and attend meetings to help grow sales and relationships.

Job Summary

You will combine marketing and sales skills to serve clients effectively and drive company sales. You will represent the company to understand client needs, cross-sell products, follow up on sales orders, and support the sales team through calls and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional training, customer service, and technical support remotely and on-site to current and prospective customers
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment at client premises to ensure operational efficiency
• Identify and resolve client feedback both remotely and on-site to improve customer satisfaction
• Ensure end-users perform work in compliance with SOPs, Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices, and requirements of building authorities and government agencies
• Observe and comply with site safety requirements, submit all required reports, and ensure safe and proper work execution
• Manage and handle simple inventory tasks to support operations
• Make phone calls and attend meetings to assist the sales team in growing sales and client relationships

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hold at least Nitec in Mechanical and/or Electrical or related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and at least 3 years of experience in construction-related industries
• Demonstrate experience with mechanical and electrical repairs
• Own a vehicle (preferred)
