You will cultivate relationships and analyze market factors to develop ambitious sales objectives that meet targets. Responsibilities include leading teams, designing strategic sales plans, building customer loyalty, drafting detailed reports, and collaborating with management to optimize pricing and forecast

• Lead and motivate staff to enhance customer service quality and client satisfaction
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targeted sales growth
• Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives aligned with business goals
• Draft detailed and accurate sales reports to inform decision-making and track performance
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly
• Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand dynamics to determine optimal selling prices
• Estimate sales volume and profit margins for existing and new products to support forecasting
• Establish and deliver a sales training program to onboard and develop new employees
• Collaborate with sales managers to evaluate company performance and identify improvement opportunities
