Dayos, Inc. is building an AI-first go-to-market engine in Singapore to transform ERP support for Oracle, Workday, and SAP customers.
As an SDR in our early Singapore team, you will open accounts, research prospects, and frame problems in our terms, partnering with an Account Executive to push qualified conversations toward a real dialogue with CIOs and procurement leaders. You'll join a small, fast-moving team where curiosity, resilience, and strong writing are valued, with uncapped equity and
Dayos is the AI-first version of the systems integrators and application management firms that have supported enterprise ERPs for decades. We're building this company in Singapore, for the long term.
Hero, our platform, doesn't just watch your systems — it logs in, does the work, and validates the output inside Oracle, Workday, and SAP. At a Singapore enterprise, Hero closed 9 of 10 support tickets that had been open for an average of three weeks, taking roughly 10 minutes per request.
Enterprises spend billions every year supporting Oracle, Workday, and SAP. Much of that work is still manual. We're turning more of it into software. Three years building Hero. Enterprise customers already in production. Now we're closing our seed round and building the Singapore go-to-market team from the ground up.
— 02 / The role
You'll open accounts at the Oracle, Workday, and SAP enterprises across Singapore and Southeast Asia who are quietly frustrated with what they're paying for support and what they're getting back. Your job is to find them, understand what's actually broken, and get them into a conversation with us.
You'll work directly with our founder and partner with an Account Executive on every named account. The AE owns the deal cycle, but the top of that cycle is yours: the research, the first outreach, the initial framing of the problem in our terms, and the handoff once the conversation is real.
You're not joining an established sales machine. You're helping build one. You'll be among the first SDRs on our team. You'll learn together, compete for the best accounts, and write the Singapore outbound playbook that every hire after you will follow.
This will be demanding. Enterprise sales means rejection, ambiguity, and uncomfortable conversations with senior people. We'll give you unusual responsibility early, and we expect you to grow into it quickly.
— 03 / Who you'll work with
Our founder led Finance Engineering at Robinhood through its IPO, overseeing the same enterprise stack Hero now operates across: Oracle, Workday, Coupa, and Anaplan. Before that he spent 20+ years in Oracle consulting, running enterprise implementations at Fortune 500 companies.
When you're on a call with a CIO frustrated with Oracle support, we've been on the other end of that call. You're one conversation away from the domain knowledge Hero automates, and you'll spend your first year learning it directly from the people who built the systems.

— 05 / Your career path
Months 0–3
Master enterprise prospecting, Hero, Oracle/Workday/SAP economics, and executive outreach. Live shadowing on active accounts.
Months 3–6
Own account strategy and qualified pipeline across your named enterprise accounts. Weekly 1:1s with the founder on pipeline.
Months 6–12
Begin running discovery and participating directly in enterprise deal cycles alongside your AE.
12+ months
High performers begin owning and closing their own opportunities. There is no arbitrary two-year SDR tenure.
— 06 / What you bring
Weekly call reviews and direct coaching from the founder and your Account Executive.
— 07 / What you bring
Charisma and hustle
You read a room fast, get people talking, and don't wait for someone to hand you the next move.
Evidence of unusual performance
Academics, a competitive internship, student leadership, athletics, building something of your own, fundraising, sales — anywhere the results were measurable and stood out.
Real curiosity about big enterprises
You want to understand why a Fortune 500 finance team is stuck on a support ticket for three weeks, and you'll dig until you know.
Some first commercial experience
A sales or BD internship, a customer-facing role, sponsorship or fundraising for a student org, or a small venture of your own. Formal enterprise sales experience isn't expected.
A strong writer
You can turn ten minutes of research on a company into a three-sentence email a CIO actually reads.
A strong communicator on the phone
You build rapport fast and hold your own with senior finance, procurement, and HR leaders.
Resilient by disposition
Cold outreach means constant no's, and you treat each one as information about the market.
A growth mindset
You want the hard feedback from call reviews because it's the fastest way to get better.
Fluent with AI tools
You use them daily and have a point of view on how a lean GTM team should run on them.
