# Sales Manager, SEAFirmableSales ManagerFull-timeSales/Revenue TechData/Analytics/AIHybrid · SingaporePosted 9 days ago## What we doFirmable is the sales action platform for modern revenue teams. We build one of the richest proprietary datasets on companies and the people inside them, then turn it into intelligence sales teams can actually act on.Around 100 people, backed by leading investors, growing across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India and the US. Singapore is where the Asia business gets built. We already have live customers here, a funded demand engine, and an initial two market focus across Singapore and Malaysia. What we do not have is a leader on the ground running the team. That is this role.Local data depth. The global platforms have broad coverage and shallow accuracy the moment you cross into ANZ or Southeast Asia, so reps end up paying for a database that fails on exactly the accounts they need. We build the underlying data ourselves, and in our core markets it holds up where theirs does not. That is the whole pitch, and it is testable in about ten minutes. The second piece is access. Our data goes straight into the tools and agents a rep already works in, rather than being another platform to log into and export from. Buyers who have already built AI into their sales workflow get that immediately. It is the fastest-moving part of the deal right now.## Who'd crush this role- 5+ years in B2B software sales, with at least a year leading, coaching or formally supervising reps- You have carried a team number, not just an individual one, and hit it- You have hired, ramped and performance managed sales people, including the conversations nobody enjoys- You know the Singapore market properly, how business actually gets done here, and you have working knowledge of Malaysia- Multi stakeholder cycles with senior commercial and technology buyers are your normal- Forecast discipline and CRM hygiene are things you enforce, not things you tolerate- You already run research, account planning, call review and reporting through AI. In 2026 that is table stakes here, not a differentiatorNice to have: built a team in a new market rather than inherited a mature one, sales intelligence or data or martech background, a point of view on beating a low cost incumbent, HubSpot at depth, and experience managing someone in a different country.## Who'd hate itYou will be selling a brand almost nobody in Asia has heard of yet. There is inbound and there are live customers, but you are not walking into demand that closes itself. There is no playbook waiting for you. Territories, standards, ramp, team shape and the hiring bar are yours to set, and you will be doing that while also carrying the number. If you need a mature enablement function and a settled process to do your best work, this will frustrate you.The team is small and you will be in deals alongside your AEs rather than above them. Not taking the deal off them, but in the room. If you want to lead purely through dashboards, this is the wrong job.Firmable runs lean. Small senior teams, no layers, minimal process. That means real ownership and it also means you own the things nobody else is going to pick up.## The team70%of reps hit quota last FY* 2 months* Reports to Head of APAC. Big on hiring good people, enabling them and getting out of their way. Expects high accountability and holds high standards. We get five choices in life and two of them are to be excellent or elite.* It's a high-autonomy, all hands on deck style with a very flat structure. Everyone is close to the deals and everyone is focused on growing the company. We are increasingly building structure, however we want people to challenge the status quo, find efficiency gains and break records.* New territory - two AEs currently in Singapore and next year is a big growth year.## The honest stuff### Insider scoopThe Asia plan for next year is being written right now, with a co-founder, and it is not finished. Whoever takes this job gets to shape the number they carry rather than receive it. I would not oversell that, because it also means some things you would expect to be settled are not yet, and you will be making calls without a precedent to point at.The other thing worth knowing is the access. We are around 100 people and there is no layer between this role and the people deciding how Asia gets funded. If you raise something on Tuesday you tend to have an answer by Thursday. That sounds small until you have worked somewhere it takes a quarter.### What I wish someone told meNothing to be honest. Everything is exactly as it says on the box and the only surprises have been good surprises.### If I had a magic wandFind more people, faster.### What's hard about thisNobody in Asia knows who we are yet. There is inbound and there are live customers, but you will spend your first year doing founder-style selling into a market that has not heard of us.There is no playbook waiting. Territories, ramp, standards and the hiring bar are yours to set, and you will be setting them while carrying the number. You will be in deals, not above them. The team is small. If you want to lead through dashboards, this is the wrong job.## The deal* Comp negotiated with the right candidate, however yes - there is equity.* 30 mins recruiter screen and then 30 mins with me. Short listed candidates will do a case study / demo and then a final with our co-founder and CEO.* Full-time* Hybrid · Singapore
