Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Sales and Customer Service leader to drive revenue and customer satisfaction in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. You will oversee Sales and CS teams, nurture strategic accounts including Singapore and Japan, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across Air/Sea Freight, Logistics and 3PL.

The role demands deep experience in pricing, tenders, budgets and P&L, with strong negotiation and cross-cultural relationship-building

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
• Proven sales, business development and key account management experience.
• Experience leading Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Strong pricing, quotations, budgeting and P&L skills.
• Excellent relationship, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales and Customer Service teams, including performance monitoring, coaching and workload coordination.
• Drive new business development while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts.
• Manage key and strategic accounts, including Singapore and Japanese customers.
• Develop business opportunities across Air Freight, Sea Freight, Logistics and 3PL solutions.
• Prepare and review customer quotations, tenders, SOPs and commercial proposals.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, KPIs, budgets and P&L, and provide regular management reporting.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and follow up on business development activities and customer opportunities.
• Ensure the Customer Service team provides timely responses, proactive shipment updates, proper case ownership and effective escalation handling.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address service issues to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with Operations, Pricing and other internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of customer requirements.
• Coordinate and support regional sales activities, customer requirements and business opportunities across ASEAN offices.
• Support marketing campaigns, customer initiatives and other commercial activities as required.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, key account management and customer service management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Good commercial understanding, including pricing, quotations, budgeting, P&L and sales performance management.
• Strong customer relationship, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively across Sales, Customer Service, Operations and regional teams.
