Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding to drive new business at Changi Airfreight. This role expands our air, ocean and project logistics footprint, managing existing customers and acquiring new accounts.

You will negotiate terms, coordinate with Operations for smooth shipments, and target revenue growth with an uncapped commission structure and AWS. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain solutions.
• Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, project logistics and international shipping solutions.
• Proven track record in business development, account management and achieving sales targets.
• Existing customer network in logistics is advantageous.
• Proficient in English to communicate with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across air freight, ocean freight, project logistics and specialised logistics solutions.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers while actively acquiring new accounts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close new business opportunities.
• Work with Operations to ensure smooth shipment execution and high service standards.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and opportunities in freight forwarding.
• Hit individual sales targets and contribute to overall growth.
• Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports and market feedback to management.

• Location: Changi Airfreight
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary: Basic up to $7,000 + Commission + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: Transport allowance for candidates with own car + Mobile claim up to $100 + 14 Days Annual Leave
