Job summary

THE VINE SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Admin/Coordinator to manage data entry and order processing, assist with quotations, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery in Singapore.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in related roles or fresh diplomas, with strong MS Office skills, good communication, and a positive, pleasant attitude for teamwork.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O levels/NITEC required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience; fresh diploma holders considered.
• Strong communication skills and positive work attitude are essential.
• Pleasant personality and good team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
• Assist in sales inquiries and provide accurate quotations as directed.
• Liaise with operation departments from order confirmation to delivery readiness.
• Coordinate with customers on delivery requirements and timelines.
• Support sales team in achieving department objectives.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, ensure accurate and time process of sales orders as per customers requirements
• Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
• Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed order till readiness for delivery
• Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
• Support sales team in achieving the department objectives
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• GCE N/O levels/NITEC
• Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
• Good communication skills and positive work attitude
• Pleasant personality
• At least 1-year work experience, preferably in the related field
• Fresh diploma holders can be considered
