The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team from its Tuas location. You will process orders, enter data accurately, and handle customer inquiries by phone or email while coordinating with operations to ensure timely delivery.

The role is five days a week, typically 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm, with company transport provided at designated pick-up points. Salary ranges SGD 2,800–SGD 3,350 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualificações

GCE N/O levels or NITEC qualification.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
At least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsabilidades

To process confirmed orders and ensure all data entry is done accurately.
To support the Sales team in customer handling when tasked.
To attend to telephone calls and sales enquiries.
To assist in taking orders from clients.
To liaise with operations on job order progress till delivery readiness.
To perform filing and other general administrative duties.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Location: Tuas (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri
Working hours : 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm
Salary : $2,800 - $3,350 depending on qualification and experience
