Job summary

The Vine Search is seeking a data entry/ sales support staff in Singapore. The role involves handling data entry, processing sales orders accurately, and assisting with sales enquiries and quotations.

You will liaise with operations from order confirmation through to delivery readiness and coordinate delivery requirements with customers. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, is proficient in MS Word and Excel, and brings a positive attitude and strong communication

Qualifications

• GCE N/O levels or NITEC.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good communication and positive work attitude.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and ensure accurate processing of sales orders.
• Assist in sales enquiries and provide accurate quotations.
• Coordinate with operations from order confirmation to delivery readiness.
• Communicate delivery requirements with customers.
• Support sales team to achieve department objectives.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, ensure accurate and time process of sales orders as per customers requirements
• Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
• Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed order till readiness for delivery
• Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
• Support sales team in achieving the department objectives
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• GCE N/O levels/NITEC
• Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
• Good communication skills and positive work attitude
• Pleasant personality
• At least 1-year work experience, preferably in the related field
