Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking an Order Processing Assistant in Singapore to support the Sales and Operations teams with accurate processing of orders and timely fulfillment. The role involves liaising with factories, handling payments, and maintaining shipping/import documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of order processing experience, are detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification with at least 1 year of order processing experience.
• Cheerful, proactive, and positive with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor sales orders, coordinating with Sales and Operations to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with factories to follow up on order status, deliveries, and payment matters.
• Prepare and process payment requests and non-trade invoice billings.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone to ensure smooth communication.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and import/export documentation.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
