ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Associate / Sales Coordinator to join our team at Joo Koon, Singapore. The role requires handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating sales orders to ensure timely fulfilment.

The position offers a monthly salary of S$1,800 to S$2,000 and standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Immediate availability is preferred and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level/ITE or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Follow up on quotations with customers.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Process sales orders and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
• Maintain accurate sales records and related documents.
• Carry out other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
