AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Sales Support Executive to handle administrative duties, process sales orders, and assist customers from the Joo Koon area in Singapore.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft BC 365 is a plus. Salary up to SGD 2,800 per month, based in Singapore's Jurong region.

Competenze

• At least 2 years experience as a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with AI tools and Microsoft BC 365 advantageous.

Mansioni

• Administrative support including handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers.
• Handling sales orders by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory.
• Attend to walk in customer, and update on sales revenue.
• Follow up with customer on after-sales matter i.e dispute on service quote & loan unit with sales head.
• Prepare quotations and other administrative duties assigned.
