Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator for an established IT company in Singapore. You will prepare quotations, invoices and sales orders, and manage purchase orders, delivery orders and billing flow.

You will respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, assist with tender submissions and reports, and participate in customer and vendor events. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-6:30pm, on-site at Kaki Bukit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
• Process purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO)
• Manage and track sales transactions and documentation
• Respond to customer enquiries and solve order issues or product-related questions
• Coordinate with internal departments and ensure orders, delivery, and billing flow smoothly across teams
• Help prepare reports, sales documents and assist with tender submissions
• Meet customers/presentations or attend customer/vendor events
