Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a competent Customer Service Officer to join our logistics team. You will review open sales orders to determine customer requirements and use Oracle to generate orders and job outs.

You will liaise with customers on schedules, complete status reports like WIP and ship dates, and archive documentation. The role requires strong communication, ERP/MRP familiarity, and at least three years in customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems and software applications.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP or MRP software preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' customer service experience in a related industry.
