Job summary

COSMOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to handle customer orders and shipments, coordinating production schedules with planning, and serving as the main contact to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will process quotations, sales orders, and release orders, arrange shipments, track progress, and liaise between management, production, QC and customers to resolve questions and confirm product requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office applications to manage order processing and communication
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Process customer quotations, sales orders, and release orders accurately and promptly
• Coordinate with the Planning team to align production schedules with customer delivery deadlines
• Arrange shipments and monitor delivery progress to ensure on-time receipt by customers
• Track orders and proactively follow up to meet customer delivery expectations
• Serve as the primary contact for customers by responding to inquiries and providing order and shipment updates
• Liaise between internal teams (Management, Production, QC) and customers to resolve technical questions and confirm product requirements
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Management with initiative and independence
