Job summary

AsiaCloud Solutions Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team with day-to-day order coordination, supplier purchases and delivery arrangements. This entry-level role welcomes fresh graduates and provides training.

You will liaise with customers and suppliers, process orders, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. No prior sales experience is required; strong English, organization and teamwork are

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or candidates who are looking to start their career in the IT industry. No prior working experience is required, and training will be provided.

Your Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support our Sales Team in the day-to-day coordination of customer orders, supplier purchases and delivery arrangements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team
• Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding orders and enquiries
