AsiaCloud Solutions Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team with day-to-day order coordination, supplier purchases and delivery arrangements. This entry-level role welcomes fresh graduates and provides training.

You will liaise with customers and suppliers, process orders, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. No prior sales experience is required; strong English, organization and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• No prior sales or working experience required.
• Minimum N-Level, O-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and following up on outstanding matters.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team
• Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding orders and enquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and records
• Assist with general sales support and administrative tasks
• Maintain good working relationships with existing customers
