Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the sales department in Singapore.

The role handles urgent calls, emails, and messages from customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable and processes orders with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, product numbers, and inventory before generating sales orders. You will attend to walk-in customers when the marketing team is preoccupied and update sales revenue data from

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience as Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to sales department.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
• Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.
• Attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied.
• To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
• To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.
• Prepare quotations.

• Working hours: 8.15am to 5.15pm

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Possess minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be advantageous
