Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY in Singapore seeks a motivated order processing specialist to manage quotations, sales orders, and release orders with accuracy and speed.

You will coordinate with Planning to align production schedules, arrange shipments, and track deliveries to ensure on-time receipt by customers, while handling inquiries and updates.

This role requires proactive communication between internal teams and customers and may include ad hoc tasks from Management.

Responsibilities

• Process customer quotations, sales orders, and release orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with the Planning team to align production schedules with customer delivery deadlines.
• Arrange shipments and monitor delivery progress to ensure on-time receipt by customers.
• Track orders and proactively follow up to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Respond to inquiries and provide order and shipment updates.
• Liaise between internally and customers to resolve technical questions and product requirements.
• Complete adhoc tasks assigned by the Management

Job description

Working hours: 8am ~ 5pm, 5 days work week

location: Boon lay, Bulim
