Job summary

Enerchem (s) Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support / Sales Coordinator in Woodlands, Singapore, a permanent, full-time role.

Working hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am–12:30pm with alternate Saturdays after confirmation. Basic salary SGD 2,500–3,000 + AWS + performance bonus. Experience of 2 years in sales support preferred but not required. You will handle order processing, sales administration, and coordinate with shipping to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, no experience is welcome as well.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day sales administration such as processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Sales Coordination
• Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
• Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
• Follow up with agents for delivery note retrieval
