Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics/coordination professional in Singapore.

The role involves liaising with suppliers, factories and customers on delivery status, issuing sales and purchase orders, and handling invoices, packing lists and stock checks. You will also prepare shipping instructions for overseas shipments and manage monthly sales records. • Issue Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes to vendor and customers.
• Preparation of shipping instructions for overseas shipment.
• RFQ for new model/new projects.
• Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks.
• Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts.
• Other duties assigned.
