Job summary

CYCLECT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the full sales process from quotation to order fulfilment. You will develop opportunities, understand customer needs and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

The role requires strong communication, Excel/Word/Outlook proficiency and a detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset to hit sales targets and ensure smooth deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, sales administration, customer service or a commercial role is an advantage.
• Experience in electrical, engineering, construction, industrial products or technical services will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong follow-up skills, organised and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working towards sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow up on sales opportunities with internal departments, subcontractors and external customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, materials or services.
• Prepare quotations and actively follow up to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse and Operations on pricing, stock availability, lead time and deliveries.
• Process quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Work Orders and invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, deliveries and invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and sales records in the ERP/CRM system.
• Support sales reporting and other sales administrative activities.
