Roles and responsibilities
  1. Generate sales activities with customer using digital marketing platforms.
  2. Lead follow up, networking, managing personalized marketing to build relationships with potential
  3. Telemarketing to promote products to customers.
  4. Follow up with customers on marketing promotions & campaigns and on open quotation to close sales leads
  5. Build relationship with clients and agents to upsell our services
  6. Improve quote-to-order conversion rates
  7. Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
  8. Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
  9. Coordinate and arrange workers schedule with customers
  10. Any other admin matters
Requirement
  1. Good written and spoken English
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  4. Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objectives
