Job summary

COSCO SHIPPING MARINE ENGINEERING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable coordinator to handle client inquiries, quotations, and invoicing, while also performing cost analysis and reporting.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with bilingual proficiency to engage diverse stakeholders. The successful candidate will conduct business analyses, prepare periodic reports, coordinate with production, procurement and finance teams, and identify opportunities for cost

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field.
• Singapore Citizen.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English and another language.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client and reply for inquiry.
• Prepare quotation to the client.
• Prepare invoice billing to the client.
• Business Analysis, including but not limited to prepare monthly sales & cost & profit summary and update operational efficiency of business unit.
• Prepare documents including progress report and service report.
• Assist to summarize company's clients and relevant parties.
• To record all incoming invoices & cost into the system.
• To prepare job cost report and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and finance, to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
