• Excellent communication with local and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in initiating and coordinating project management tasks, including handling online invoicing and preparing quotations to support project workflows.
• Submit bids on procurement platforms such as Gebiz, Tenderboard, and Ariba, applying training to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Manage communication and collaboration with local and global teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate with local and global clients on new projects, following guidance from the Director to progressively assume full project responsibilities with the team.
• Participate actively in staff training programs, both in-house and external, to enhance job efficiency and proactively manage personal learning and skill development.
