We are a Singapore-based corporate gifts company serving clients across government, MNC, and SME sectors. As a Commercial & Creative Executive, you will be part of the operational backbone — managing the full cycle from client enquiry and artwork visualisation through to order fulfilment and invoicing. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role suited to someone who is organised, self-driven, and comfortable context-switching across sales, design, procurement and logistics.
Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via WhatsApp Business and email, providing product recommendations, pricing, and gifting solutions tailored to client requirements.
Manage follow-up communications throughout the sales cycle to progress quotations to confirmed orders.
Maintain organised records of leads, quotations, and order status.
Conduct daily searches on tender sites to identify relevant tender opportunities.
Assess and qualify tenders against company capabilities, pricing competitiveness, and submission requirements.
Prepare or assist in compiling tender submissions and supporting documentation.
Create client-facing design mockups and product visualisations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Coordinate artwork revisions between clients and print/production vendors to ensure accurate briefing and timely sign-off.
Source and procure gift items and promotional materials from suppliers, comparing quotes and managing lead times.
Coordinate print production jobs — briefing vendors, tracking progress, and ensuring quality and delivery standards are met.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, operations, or coordinator role; experience in corporate gifts, events, or print industry preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop — ability to produce clean product mockups independently is essential.
Familiarity with Singapore government and other private procurement platforms.
Proficiency in English and Chinese for both client and vendor correspondence.
Detail-oriented with good time management — able to juggle multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable with basic accounting tasks (invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up).
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with any invoice/order management or CRM system is a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience (SGD 2,700 – 3,300 / month).
Exposure across the full business cycle — sales, design, procurement, and operations.
Collaborative, fast-moving environment with real ownership of your work.
