Job summary

E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage order processing documents and provide administrative support to the sales team.

Based in Ang Mo Kio, the role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with salary up to SGD 3,000 per month. You will liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries and assist with planning, coordination and internal training events. A min certificate in Business Admin and 1–2 years of Sales Coordinator experience are required, plus

• Min Certificate in Business Admin.
• 1–2 years experience as Sales Coordinator.
• 5 days work week (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm).
• Work location: Ang Mo Kio.
• Salary up to SGD 3,000.
• Available to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing documents.
• Provide admin support to the sales team (Scheduling/Data Entry).
• Handle LC documents for bank submission.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Assist with planning, coordination and internal training events.
• Submit monthly reports to Accounts Department.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
