Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Pasir Panjang, Singapore. The role focuses on servicing existing and new customer accounts, handling sales enquiries, and processing orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include quotation preparation, proactive stock and order management, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Marketing. A Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year experience are preferred; MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, order processing or sales support would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email and following up on sales leads.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customer orders accurately.
• Able to work effectively with Sales, Operations and other internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads.
• Monitor customer ordering patterns and anticipated inventory requirements.
• Proactively recommend repeat orders or stock replenishment based on customer usage and ordering trends.
• Process sales orders received through various channels accurately and promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of delivery orders and related records.
• Prepare sales quotations and handle customer enquiries in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Perform administrative duties including filing, printing store orders and preparing visitation forms.
• Provide sales support by processing phone orders and quoting approved prices in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
• Support the Sales team with promotional activities, price updates and related customer communications.
