Job summary

Sime Motors, part of the Sime Group, invites a Sales Consultant for the Pre-Owned Cars segment in Singapore. You will guide customers from showroom visits to post-sale support, building lasting relationships and ensuring a seamless buying journey.

Your role includes presenting vehicles, conducting test drives, and delivering top-tier service. You will identify sales opportunities, engage customers, and coordinate vehicle delivery, while meeting monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail car sales.
• Class 3 Driving License is required.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about cars.
• Proficient in sales techniques and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through walk-ins and leads.
• Introduce customers to our dealership and offerings.
• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Understand customer needs through effective KYC conversations.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and assist in selection and confirmation.
• Negotiate and close sales professionally.
• Coordinate smooth delivery of purchased vehicles.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Consistently strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
